VINEYARD
- Region : Red Bordeaux AOC – “Côtes de Bourg”
- Surface : Around 11 Ha on 45Ha Vignobles Plaisance
- Sol : Clay mixed with fragmented limestone
- Vines : 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon & 10% Malbec.
- Cultural Method : Driven in “reasoned culture”, cut simple and double guyot, with grass a row on two.
VINIFICATION
- Maceration : Cold maceration before fermentation.
- Fermentation : Fermentation in Thermo-regulated tanks, soft cuvaison during approximately 3 weeks.
- Growing : In thermo regulated tanks, and a part in oak barrels.
- Oenologist : Mickaël Bruneteau

TASTING NOTES
- Beautiful red color.
- Expressive nose on fruity notes, and small toasted wooded flavors.
