VINEYARD

  • Region : Red Bordeaux AOC – Coasts of Bourg
  • Surface : Around 8 Ha on 45Ha Vignobles Plaisance
  • Sol : Clay mixed with fragmented limestone
  • Vines : 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon & 10% Malbec.
  • Cultural Method : Driven in “reasoned culture”, cut simple and double guyot,  with grass a row on two.

VINIFICATION

  • Maceration : Cold maceration before fermentation.
  • Fermentation : Fermentation in Thermo-regulated tanks, soft cuvaison during approximately 3 weeks.
  • Growing : In oak barrels, new 1/3, 1/3 of one year and the rest of 2 years.
  • Year Production : 100.000 bottles
  • Oenologist : Mickaël Bruneteau

TASTING NOTES

  • Dark red color.
  • Ample nose, proposing attractive aromas of red berries, and toasted wooded one.
  • Round, strong and elegant, beautiful length.
