VINEYARD
- Region : Red Bordeaux AOC – Coasts of Bourg
- Surface : Around 8 Ha on 45Ha Vignobles Plaisance
- Sol : Clay mixed with fragmented limestone
- Vines : 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon & 10% Malbec.
- Cultural Method : Driven in “reasoned culture”, cut simple and double guyot, with grass a row on two.
VINIFICATION
- Maceration : Cold maceration before fermentation.
- Fermentation : Fermentation in Thermo-regulated tanks, soft cuvaison during approximately 3 weeks.
- Growing : In oak barrels, new 1/3, 1/3 of one year and the rest of 2 years.
- Year Production : 100.000 bottles
- Oenologist : Mickaël Bruneteau

TASTING NOTES
- Dark red color.
- Ample nose, proposing attractive aromas of red berries, and toasted wooded one.
